Everything you need to know about ordering, payment, and shipping on CannaSupply.

How do I place an order?
Ordering on CannaSupply is simple:
  1. Browse our vendors and products, then add items to your cart.
  2. When ready, go to your cart and click Checkout.
  3. Review your order and confirm to generate a unique Bitcoin payment address.
  4. Send exactly the Bitcoin amount shown to that address before the timer expires.
  5. Once your payment is detected on the blockchain, your order status will update automatically and a 24-hour confirmation window begins — this gives the transaction time to confirm on the network.
  6. After the payment fully confirms, your vendor will prepare and ship your order.
Note: Always send the exact BTC amount displayed. Sending a different amount may delay your order.
Is Bitcoin the only payment method?
Yes — Bitcoin is the only accepted payment method on CannaSupply. We exclusively use Bitcoin to protect the privacy and anonymity of every customer. No credit cards, PayPal, or other payment processors are ever used. This ensures your purchase history remains completely private.

How do I buy Bitcoin?
We recommend using Cake Wallet — a free, privacy-focused Bitcoin wallet available on iOS and Android.
  1. Download Cake Wallet from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create a new wallet and securely save your seed phrase.
  3. Inside the app, tap Buy to purchase Bitcoin using a debit card or bank transfer.
  4. Once purchased, copy our payment address from the order page and send the exact BTC amount shown.
Bitcoin purchases typically take a few minutes to appear in your wallet before you can send them. Plan ahead to avoid letting your payment timer expire.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days after your payment confirms and the vendor ships. Delivery times can vary based on your location and the vendor's processing time. All packages are shipped discreetly with no identifying information on the outside.
Where do vendors ship to?
All vendors on CannaSupply ship within the United States only, covering all 50 states. We do not currently support international shipping.
Do you require identification?
No identification is required to shop on CannaSupply. We do not collect, store, or verify any personal identification documents. Your privacy and anonymity as a customer are our top priorities — that's why we exclusively use Bitcoin for payments and require no personal information beyond a shipping address.
How do I leave a review?
Once your order is marked as complete, you can leave a review directly from your order page:
  1. Go to My Orders in the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the completed order you'd like to review.
  3. Scroll to the review section and submit your rating and feedback.
Reviews help the community and reward great vendors — we appreciate every one!
